“Great… Now, just imagine you are on the beach….. You walk slowly and you look at the sea…. You feel the waves against your feet… Gwen lower you hand, yes you can imagine Rhys is with you…. You feel all your bodies relaxing, just concentrate on my voice, nothing else matters….. you walk alone on the beach you feel free and completely at peace… yes Gwen, Rhys can stay with you…. the sky is a perfect blue…..and you want to…”
“HAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Something bit me!!! A bug, a big bug !!!!”

“So, I think I’m relaxed enough. Thanks Jack… Tosh? I’ll buy you an ice cream to forget that bad bug!”
