So apparently, the bowl effects everyone differently, Tosh was convinced Ianto had somehow poisoned them all, but Ianto's reaction seems to have been happier-seeing butterflies, and then becoming convinced he WAS a butterfly. Gwen was obviously paranoid. It's hard to tell with Owen, since he's pissed off 99.9% of the time anyway, but it seems to have increased his anger at thinking Ianto hurt Tosh.
Thankfully, Jack's immune to it, but I still don't like the sound of how it eventually kills you. If falling off the roof doesn't do Ianto in, heart failure at age 25 isn't high on most people's list of ways to die.
