Okay: here's what you do: you mix a little bit of naughty food (such as chocolate and cake) with lots of healthy food such as Bananas, apples, salad etc... that way you will be full but will have also satisfied your craving!
i am TOTALLY in looooooove with the dramatic chipmunk :D :D :D :D *DA DA DAAAAAAAA!!!*
well.. the food-stuff. for a while i've had a huge craving for pancakes with strawberry jam on. i wanted it so much i could taste it and i could ALMOST feel it in my mouth. but then... after a few days... it just went away. i can't make pancakes anyway (well, i never tried it) so i can't eat any. i think that's the best advice i can give when you have cravings for bad things: simply don't have it in the house. your cravings are probably worst in the evenings. am i right? then the stores are closed (at least in denmark they are. i don't know how things are where you live) and when you don't have the stuff at home and you can't just go and buy them then you can't eat them. a nice cup of tea (and a slice of bread if it's REALLY bad) will take away most of the cravings, though. and you know... if you can overcome your cravings one time you get to feel very proud the next day and then you are more likely to overcome them again and again :) perhaps, if you are really really struggling with cravings, you could decide on a little reward every time you overcome a craving and you don't give in to it. like... a little money in the piggy bank so you can save up for some new clothes or a cd or something like that.
Hey, love! I'm sorry that I saw this kind of late since you posted yesterday =x. But I just want to say, I know that its hard, just remember that we all go through those cravings, you are not alone! Have some healthy fruits and drink a lot of water (sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger). I hope things are good :).
